The event rate is available for extended stays from 9/26/24 to 9/30/24 if you plan to stay in Dallas any extra nights. The link for online reservations is only for a room with a single King bed, but if you call you should be able to swap for a room with 2 Queen beds if needed.
The Hotel is next to Dallas Love Field Airport and has a shuttle that stops at the airport every 30 minutes for easy access to the venue. There is a nice bar and lounge area and large outdoor commons area for relaxing by the pool.
